Stop Snoring Mouthpiece Reviews - Anti Snoring Device Comparison

There are so many anti-snoring devices out there nowadays! Which of them works best, lasts longest and gives you a good night’s rest? Do you choose a chin strap, a comfy pillow that puts you in the right position to eliminate snoring or a mouth guard that fits onto your teeth pushing the jaw forwards?

The factor that makes your choice so tricky is the fact that all of these devices work according to similar principles. By keeping the jaw in a forwards position, the airways are kept open, and in most cases, snoring is reduced, if not completely eliminated. It’s the ultimate quick fix. Advance the jaw, and your snoring stops from day one. There are even those who say that after a few months, you get so used to sleeping with your jaw in the correct position that you can do away with the device altogether.

I’ve spent a great deal of time on evaluating anti snoring devices through first-hand accounts and references to scientific research. What is the best anti snoring device on the market? That’s up to you to decide, but my research has indicated two clear winners. Feel free to read all the stop snoring device reviews I’ve compiled, or simply view my final results in the table below.

The top 2 anti snoring devices

  1. My Snoring Solution

Sometimes, the simplest solution really is the best. I chose this device as being head and shoulders above the rest because it’s scientifically proven, extremely comfortable, will fit anyone, and doesn’t require special fitting procedures to make it comfortable. Plus, you don’t have to sleep with something in your mouth. For more details, read my full review - here.

  1. SnoreLess Pillow

For many of us, sleeping in the right position is all it takes to stop snoring, but even if you go to sleep in the right position, you wake up lying in the wrong one! This pillow trains you to sleep in a position that keeps airways open, and it’s super-comfortable at the same time. Again, mouthguards proved to be a turnoff from the comfort perspective, while this pillow is sheer bliss. Find out more by reading my full review - here.

And the rest...

Confining the jaw from the inside out and/or restraining the tongue works for a great many people, so I won’t knock these products if you think they may be right for you. The theory is good. However, in practice, many people struggle to sleep well with something in their mouth, and if you want to drink water or speak, your mouthguard will have to come out first. A lot of people experience jaw pain in the mornings after wearing these, and others talk about excessive salivation and drool spots on the pillow.

Additional limitations stem from mouthguards’ unsuitability for those of us who wear dentures or have capped teeth, so if this is you, don’t even consider a mouthpiece.

I investigated a wide range of anti-snoring mouthpieces including:

Zyppah

Zquiet

SnoreRX

Pure Sleep

Good Morning Snore Solution

How do they compare?

My comparison table is as good as reading thousands of reviews and looking at medical analysis of why the product might work. Now, you can get all the info at one glance. You will be able to see the plus and minus points for each one to inform your final choice, and of course, you don’t have to agree with my conclusion. What you choose is up to you.

I’ve looked at anti-snoring devices based on factors like durability, comfort, prices and how they are meant to work, and I hope that you’ll find this collated information as enlightening as I believe you will.

No matter which device you ultimately choose, I hope that you will be among the many who have effectively cured their snoring and are enjoying sweet dreams while breathing easy!
